How We are Adapting to Covid-19
FLYING BEINGS work with fulfillment partners from all over the world. Our products are sourced from USA, Central America, Canada, Europe, China and Asia. We are using all these suppliers to give you the best offer as far as product quality, price and delivery time is concern. But, with the current pandemic situation some of our fulfillment centers have been completely shut down and some are working on 20-40% capacity. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. It is commendable that most of our fulfillment partners are still operational which allows us to continuously accept orders. Yet fulfillment and shipping delays are inevitable due to the circumstances. Thus, We at FLYING BEINGS have taken several drastic measures in order to make sure that your orders will reach you as soon as possible.
Measures Taken,
- We are temporarily offering 90 Days Free Returns with a full refund. (For purchases made between December 1st through February 28th 2022)
- We have limited our operations to USA only for time being due to logistical reasons.
- We have increased number of customer service representatives to answer you inquires promptly.
- We are offering Free Shipping on all orders 80$ or more.
- We have assigned dedicated customer service representatives to update about the status of your orders in regular interval.
With all the framework and plans in place we may still encounter unexpected delays. All our employees are currently working from home practicing social distancing at every possible level.
