Shipment processing timeOrders on all apparels are processed within 2-7 business days and non-apparel products are processed within 2-5 business days. Average order processing time is 3 business days.
Usually, we experience a high volume of orders during Christmas Season, Etc, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in USA, Mexico, Europe and Asia by partnering with major global carriers to give you the best shipping experience. www.flyingbeings.com offers free shipping worldwide for all orders exceeding 80$ total order value. For orders valuing 80$ or less the customer will be charged for shipping at checkout depending on the delivery location.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. The accuracy of the tracking numbers may vary depending on the product destination. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.flyingbeings.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages
www.flyingbeings.com is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility of the original order and replace the order for you at no charge. www.flyingbeings.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you have received your order damaged, please contact us as we will co-ordinate with shipment carrier to file a claim and then re-ship the item. Please note www.flyingbeings.com does not refund for products damaged or lost during shipping. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as www.flyingbeings.com will require them for the claim.
