Shipping & Returns

Do you provide Express Shipping ?

  • Yes, we do provide express shipping on some Apparel Products and Watches. Please refer “DELIVERY & RETURNS” tab on the product pages to find out whether your desired product has express shipping option available.

Do you provide tracking information ?

  • Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouses. However, the Accuracy of the tracking numbers may vary depending on the product destination.

Do you ship to my country ?

  • As of June 2021, we have limited our shipping to following countries due to logistical constrains imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

What If I change my mind after ordering ?

  • We do NOT offer exchanges or returns due to change of mind. 

What if I don't like the product after receiving ?

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sizing

What if I ordered the wrong size ?

  • You can always get your product exchanged for different size if you wish. But you will have to bear the return shipping cost as well as the shipping cost of the second shipment.

Where are all the products manufactured?

  • Not all the products are manufactured in one place. Hence only we can give our customers the best products and prices.
  • We have fulfillment centers all around the world. Namely in North America, Central America, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

Placing an Order

Has my order been dispatched yet?

  • When you place your order we'll send you an email confirming that the order has been placed and the items you've ordered.
  • When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we'll send you a second email to confirm this. If you don't receive an email within 7 working days, please get in touch with our crew via our Contact Page.

Can I change/cancel my order online?

  • Unfortunately, our website does not currently allow you to change or cancel anything yourself. We are also unable to edit an order once it has been placed. If you need help with this, get in touch with our crew via our Contact Page who will try their best to resolve the situation for you - but we may have to ask you to wait for the order to be delivered for it then to be returned to us.

Has my order been successful?

  • Once your order's gone through, you should receive an email with an order number. If you don't receive an email, just double check that you've spelled your email address correctly - it's also worth checking your junk mail. If you've checked and you're still unsure, please reach us via our Contact Page to Customer Service Centre who will be happy to look into this for you.
